Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

  • Membership fees after the 30-day refund period has expired
  • Services already utilized (event attendance, consultations, etc.)
  • Third-party processing fees
  • Special promotional memberships explicitly marked as non-refundable

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exceptions

In exceptional circumstances, such as service outages lasting more than 72 hours or significant changes to our terms of service, we may consider refund requests outside the standard policy. Such requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
